Anne Frances Moore Fine Art offers for sale a collection of original and distinctive 18th through 20th century American art that has been carefully researched and appropriately conserved. The works are selected to appeal to collectors of fine art and enthusiasts of American history and genealogy. Although originally known for exclusively specializing in American Portraiture, AFMFA has recently begun collecting American landscapes, seascapes and still life. AFMFA places emphasis on research and documentation for its paintings, sculpture and prints and tries to place the work of art within its historic context. In many cases where the artist is unknown, attempts are made to attribute the work through stylistic comparisons and documentation.
